I cannot even choose which server i want to play ranked in, finally found a game to realize it's in NA server and i had to play with +200 ping.

You know, it would be great if some sort of in game tutorial was made to familiarise the players with the new UI because it's really messed up and cluttered.
From what i saw in public unranked lobbies, a lot of players don't even know how to Access ranked queue now and it really makes queue times extremely long ( i have not been able to play a single ranked SnD game).

The new UI is really inconvenient. I hate that ranked matches force you to use it. Instead of having everything condensed into a nice compact window with a couple tabs, everything is separated into their own sections with their own windows. Can't see the rewards in the match making UI, gotta open a new window. Can't change from Ranked ZM to 1v1 Streak matches with one click, gotta open a new window, choose a tab and then press the mode you want to play. It takes three steps to do something that used to be able to be done in one. Can't go into the Mileage shop without first going into the Item Shop. You can't even claim your daily attendance and daily mission rewards without going into a separate window. The worst part is that you can't see how many players are queuing for a ranked match anymore. I could be waiting for an hour and never know that no one else is matching.

I still don't understand the point of that UI update; the original UI was simple, clean and the playerbase understands how to use it thanks to it's over 10 years of service.
The latest "update" is just straight out ugly, unnecessarily cluttered, confusing and surprsingly offers less functionality than the original one in exchange for looking like every single mobile game on the app store.

Just wrong......old UI worked well....is someone trying to justify their salary?
