Have you tried again recently? It may of been the payment provider.

Have you tried other payment methods? perhaps it could be an ad-blocker or a browser extension that is not letting you get onto the page. Might be worth temporarily disabling your ad-blocker if you are using one and then trying again. The payment provider could also be down for the time being.

If still nothing you could maybe drop support a ticket regarding this issue.
