Hello.

The new forums are a total mess.First of all ,when we go to z8games.com>games>crossfire>community,and after it press "forum" it doesn't send us to the CF forums,it send us to a wall of mess,a whole list of like hundreds sub sections and threads even of Metin2 and Throne (I've just seen threads of Saidin of 2010),that would take us a decade to scroll down to the bottom of that page.2nd for get to the CF forums on that 'maze' ,we need to press "Crossfire" on the right corner "all categories" box on that page and I really doubt most people even noticed that text.3'rd we need to be 'logged in' for read 95% of the sections such as announcements etc',after go to forums,and press the small 'crossfire' text on the unnoticeable corner,I see there was only 1 section and the rest were in hidden mode,and after log in the whole threads of the old forums (barracks,announcements,tech support)all has been opened .it kinda suck that people are forced to be logged-in for follow announcements and be updated with the latest events and stuff.4'th and last,the new forums are not compatible with phones,even after go to the forums from my phone and log in ,I've noticed the "all categories" box from my points 2,3 above is not exist on phone(there is no link to CF forums),which make it impossible to reach the CF forums from people androids and in case they read from phone then they stuck on the Metin2/Arcana hearts wall of sections page.

I know people worked hard and many hours on this,and I'm not here to bash or disrespect or hurt anyone's feelings or something ...I'm just saying...only make direct link to CF forums and remove that "log in for read" requirements and maybe a feature to fit for browse from android and it perfect,it is honestly a really nice forums.

+1 this defiantly fells like a maze for now at least , It does look overall prettier than before but some improvements are needed to make the forums more user friendly.

yep..cant even find events, but at least egys like it, already spamming all over main page.

i'm so lost... where are the announcements for events? where am I? I thought maybe z8 was hac.ked again and they changed the forums... omg now they have all our passwords.

I'm seeing posts from 2010?

Yesterday ( 2 / 6 / 2021 ) is when they changed the forums.

Rather than doing a forum update, they should do a real CROSSFIRE WEST update.

Except for the darker theme, this forum design sucks (well I won't even be allowed to say what it sucks... because of the anti bad word policy).

Probably one of the worst decisions yet. The old forum design was good, just put up a choice to chose a light or dark theme.
Another irritating thing with or around this game.
It might become better, but I think this is the last nail in the coffin for me. I simply can't stand this company anymore.
So until they do something really good (which will probably be never). It's back to SP games again for me.

Who signed off on this mess? You can't even view anything unless you're logged in, and it doesn't even tell you that you need to be logged-in in order to see threads and categories. Profiles also don't work.

Well,if they don't want the players to play the game or to buy zp by not be able to read their events/vip pre order etc' threads ..then it up to them.

Maybe there is something behind the scenes,maybe their site was hacked or something recently , so now they want all the users to be logged in,so the staff could be able to see the names of every single user who read their announcements (it really just a guess)

I don't think they understand the concept of user interface... if you're going to revamp the forums, keep the layout the same. Keep the concepts the same. Don't move everything so that everyone has to learn it from scratch. The previous forums were in a traditional internet forum layout that everyone knew how to use, and it was perfect. Now it's a mess and looks terrible on the eyes. Even with the old forums, all you had to do was download a dark theme extension if you hated the white background. Sure, it was hard work, but you have to consider if the work you're doing will bring good or bad (of course that's to whoever manages the forums, you're getting paid).

Doing things like this just eat at the player-base slowly, and they're not good company decisions. Just typing this I don't want to be on the forums any longer. It's terrible. It is really sad how the sidebar of categories is much more easier to use because it's simple than the main interface of threads. Everything else looks like a wall of text that nobody wants to read. It's a blend of minimalism and complexity. Doesn't hold well and it's clear by the responses on this thread alone.

Yes, I agree, the forum is very complicated and it seems to take time to get used to..

Ahh, it's perfect for this day in age where doom scrolling is normal! It's also been retro-fitted for le old generation since you can only see one person's post and not get a collective opinion of what everyone is saying unless you read each one individually! 🙄

WHy am I forced to log in twice for a forum? This is like the first time in decades I see this. FOrums either accept the main account or force to create A SEPARATE ONE not two.

When you want to do something, are you trying to do or are you trying to do? if your friends are having a hard time i'll give a hand just for the background and text places.add shadow mode and white effect text places as before, top left, picture Share location is top right Social media is at the top right and finally GM contact or mod contact support is at the top left.Decrease the text if you want Cogaltin the picture and video And for people to get access faster Think like a standard player who knows where everything is. Not like a graphic designer. And a nice note to help you out Add the right-reaching part to the bottom Saying "wow!" weekly or daily it motivates you

That's how forum works for security reasons, but is not such a big problem, after you login on game page and go to forum and just click again "sign in", forum already recognize you are logged on main page (you can see your forum name on top of "sign in" button ) and wait for you to confirm you wish to sign in on forum side.

Security reasons which CF NA, CF EU and CF West didn't need for almost 10 years?

I mean seriously; is that your personal response or the company's.
So we didn't have security for the first 12 years, oh just wonderful!
Can you explain how the 2nd sign in increases security as it is the same details twice rather than a 2nd factor process?
A sarcastic person might say it frustrates the hacker who stole the client ID to give up.
