Change MENA server position/names during server selection

As the title says. it would be great if GMs put the MENA server above all servers or at least from EU servers. And rename it in full North Africa/Middle Easter server, so arab players stop joining EU servers with their horrid lag. I mean there is a specific server made for them, why not make them stick there? The function showing which server is ideal is probably bugged, at least for me because even though I'm from EU, it shows american servers as ideal and EU servers are red coloured with 200+ ping, even though when I join my ping is 50.
