Why is vote kick so overused?

So I have noticed something really really REALLY annoying in crossfire, it's the overuse and abuse of the kick vote system, Players keep getting kicked for no reason, If you die too much just because you are not good yet, you get kicked. if you die when you are the last player alive in your team and you die even though you tried you, get kicked. If you are getting so many kills just because you are good, You get kicked...

Also I have noticed a lot of kick vote spams, in full S&D rooms I noticed a kick vote like once every minute which is insane, and 99% of the time these vote kicks are useless, and sadly like 50% of these get approved and kicks someone innocent that did nothing wrong outside the room which is insane, it makes me go nuts how easily people who did nothing wrong can get kicked...

And if you are going to say that all eSport FPS Titles have the same problem, here's what happens in CS:GO, I entered a match in CS:GO with PROs and tried to play as bad as possible and at the end scored 1 kill 19 deaths (last place in the team) and died multipe times when I was the last member alive in the team, And I DID NOT get vote kicked, they didn't even try to start a vote kick against me... (And if you are an admin/community manager and reading this, please don't remove the discussion because of this CS:GO example, The game title is needed for this small comparison)

So ye, Why is vote kick so overused? It literally has more cons than pros... I see the vote kick system should be improved stop the abuse and exploiting of it...
