Does weapon black-market/VIP re-skins have any extra power at all?

So let's talk about re-skins, Can you tell me, Which deals more damage? The normal AK47 or the AK47 10th Anniversary or the AK47 Steampunk/beast/fury? I guess now you get the point, consider this example for all of the weapons and it's re-skins in crossfire, And now tell me, Does the Weapon re-skins deal more damage or have better accuracy than it's normal version of it? (Don't consider extra bullets, fast reload, Etc...)
