Disable Vote kick in S&D (POLL)

Ever since Vote Kick was disabled in Free for All modes, I've been happily playing them and getting like...3-400 kills per game in HMX without constantly getting kicked. Getting kicked was one of the reasons I quit CF and in the "Why did you leave" section, I noted this issue and it got disabled. Yes cheaters love this too but they get banned either way.

Now the issue has switched over to S&D.

Search & Destroy is arguably the most competitive game mode in CF and needs to be kept fair as much as possible. Team stacking exists slightly but another thing that exists as well is the kick feature. Why would you want to kick your team mate in a competitive game mode? Oh, because he's not planting the bomb as fast as you want him to? Sorry he's being shot at by the entire enemy team. Or how about he didn't defuse the bomb because once again, the enemy team...

Nah, just kick him it's fine, he's only carrying the entire game. Sound like you? Well it sounds like me, I keep getting kicked from S&D, even when playing with high ranks, I guess the only way to play is 0-9 as someone was doing that bad and his kick was denied.

Another option is possible, limit the vote kick to only team members. The enemy team will always press F11 because they see it as kicking the best player in the game making their life easier.

I will admit there is a downside, if you have a player who is deliberately being stupid, he can't be kicked, and in S&D, you need (Supposed to need) every team member to contribute, unless you feel as they are taking all the kills, then kick them anyway.
