Why not exclude most hackers by making a server for company officers rank +

I mean ... if a h@cker is making a new accound every few days, they can not reach the company officer rank that fast so all normal players can enjoy the game. Even if they reach the company officer rank with h@ck we will be able to see it very soon so they will loose months of exp ... if they do it once they will not do it again.

So why not make a server only for Company officers plus?
