lifting accounts ban

i have an idea, maybe it won't be accepted buy i wanna try.
there are many accounts banned till now which caught hacking or making bugs , whatever my idea is to pay for lifting the ban , like 100k zp to unban the account, i know Its not allowed by terms&conditions but also it brings more players back to the game . & I dont think that after paying the 100k zp anyone will open a hack again .
