Email adress issues

Hello guys im asking for change my old email adress that i forgot and i can't access it i asked GM for helping and i filled all information that i remember about this account im not remember this info well but that because im not playing alot i just opening the 1 timr every many days or weeks and only answer that GM Write to me ( someone of ur informations doesn't right) i rly need help cuz im getting back and i wanna purchase zp but I can't with out email adress. Please any help

If you already contacted support and they say that they can't do anything because you have too little information or wrong information. The only thing you can do is start a new account and be angry at yourself for forgetting the information. There's a limit to what they can do, as there is account scammers here and you might be one of them, as you can't prove who you are with too little information.

Make sure you you write as much information as possible, on a side note if you do not have enough valid information you would not be able to proceed with the email change.

I wrote all informations right but just one info i can't remember and i put screenshot that prove that i the owner of the old email address but idk what i can do more
