Florence Special Character FPS Drop in ZM

For some players there is an issue when looking at florence's special ZM character in zombie mode.
When looking at florence my fps drops down to 30. When looking in the other direction so her character doesn't render on the screen, my fps goes back to 150-200.
This issue only seems to affect only a portion of the players.
Florence's special ZM character seems to be the only one causing this issue, other special zm characters do not cause an fps drop.
