Probably in some event some time. But I doubt it will be back on the black market anytime soon. A bunch of nice crates were removed for some reason. But at the same time a few old thing returned in the 4 weapon crates. Not enough to make up for what got removed though.

AWM Red Dragon got removed a long time ago, sometimes they are in a "flash" week sale in, or at sometimes in "bigger" sales black friday.

At the Moment there is no way to obtain it permanent right now, you need to wait for a limited days sale or like mentioned above to a bigger sale, but its not guaranteed that this AWM gonna be in there, best chance is prob. black friday since they sell then collection crates, BUT even then know your financial limits cuz since back in the old black markets the winning odds got lowered way more, and there is no way anymore that prevents you of getting multiple guns, as example instead winning then awm you can get 6 times scar heavy red dragon and then in the last 300 crates nothing anymore, so be aware of your financial situation, try to get lucky but its nothing guaranteed in the new black market anymore
