Ranked Issue

I was playing a ranked match and i was in the winners side but when the game finished instead of showing up the points i got, it just gave me a loading pop up then went to the lobby then i checked my points to see that i lost 20 points and my WLR has been decreased and showing me this error that i left the game before it has been finished and even though i can't join the game that i left
