Support system sucks

Its kinda sad seeing what this game has turned into after all these years, my pc got hacked today and i ended up losing a lot of my account and i was able to recover every single one of them except crossfire since i created the account in 2012 and i dont remember what date of birth i put and exact creation date and the first email since i have about 100 emails in total probably and i always put random dates back in 2012. And also its very annoying that support just closes the ticket instantly instead of waiting for player to reply. This game was so much better before vips came out and all those shitty pixels they keep milking the player base with lmao :rolleyes:
