How do I solve my e-mail issue without the support?
So I have the problem that the game doesn't send me confirmation e-mails or change e-mail e-mails. I do have access to the e-mail I made this account with, they just do not arrive. I asked the support, but they said I have to write a new ticket to account administration. Well, there's the problem. I have to enter a lot of informations I do not know anymore. Like account creation date or my security answer if not the right security question is chosen for me. What do I do now? Can I make a ticket and let out all the info they need from me?
