Which characters are upgradeable?

Hi!

Which characters can have skills (e.g. extracted skills) applied on them through the upgrade system?

Can I just buy like SPOP and buy another character that has e.g. Bulletproof Helmet as perk, extract that one and put it on SPOP?

I know that VVIP characters can't have them.

NO, at least not now, and if will be in the future then no one know until then.

So far no char is upgradeable in any way.

They did release 3 special chars that costs 20.000zp (At least I think it was 20k zp) that you can modify the skills on. just check in game
