File missing?

I don't have the exact message but i can't enter the item tab in game from storage, i can go to weapons and gear, but not characters. Why is that? Cause i click it and my CF needs to quit.

*EDIT: The char tab is glitched and will instant diconnect. I have restarted my computer, and have also re-installed the game twice today, once cause of the x-trap this morning and again trying to solve this problem. Please help asap.*

Well i don't understand why, cause it worked this morning until i bought the spop earlier then it stops working. And i have restarted my computer and reinstalled 3 times. I guess z8 failed again to manage a good patch. I hate to say it but I miss suba-games!
