Support vs stolen account

Hello
I would like to show you how support works on a stolen account, for Me it sounds like a joke;]

I sent a ticket on this matter, filled out the form - they wrote back to me the next day that I have to wait 90 days in order to take any steps . . .

I am able to prove with transactions that this account belongs to Me.

For me, such support is one big joke. . in 90 days I will not remember this game anymore.

What is your opinion about support? In My opinion, they should do something and show that they are suitable for something. They just wrote back and the subject closed
