I've submitted 2 tickets with the same response saying I did not give enough information.
I made this account over 10 years ago as a kid, I don't have access to my old email. I actually think they shut down my email because I never log in.
Is there any other way to get around this and update my email? What kind of information are you guys looking for exactly?
