Make ranked scores more punishing

Hey,

I only play a bit during weekends so I am only D4/D5, but I notice that some people go 0-7/1-10 almost every game and do not derank; i.e. you get them 5-6 times in your team in the matter of hours.

Doing absolutely nothing score-wise should give you a punishment of at least -25 points. Either that or give more points for going etc. 20-6 in losing team; instead of giving us like 7 points and being stuck in this nightmare of a system, where you don't know if you'll lose all your points on DC/server error.

Also, what are you even doing to create all these errors/bugs??? Ranked worked almost perfectly fine until you started messing with it...
