Haven't received ZP

I've got an issue regarding with my ZP. So I bought 200K ZP using bank transfer and when I clicked confirm button to get my ZP, another web came out on screen and says error. I checked my bank and the money was already taken from my bank account. I've also sent an email to the contact email of Crossfire and it's been 3 days since i've been waiting for a response. I wish you all could help me with this one, i've really worked hard for that money. Thank you and have a good day everyone!

Where do you get 200k zp ? No Max 100k zp code ?
