do the devs not care about the cheaters in this game?

As the titles says do the devs not care about the amount of cheaters in this game? Within the past week 80% of the games i've played had atleast 2 cheaters in them. just today i was in a match with a person who was instantly killing all the zombies in a zm match. It's painfully obvious the devs dont give a **** about the cheaters. i cant even stand this garbage fucking game anymore
