Failed to connect to server

I can't log into crossfire after the latest patch it always says "Failed to connect to server".
I already sent a ticket and they gave me a list of what to do, but it still says the same thing. Anyone knows how to fix this ?

the problem was solved by installing VPN client to Britain.
it may be illegal, but this is the only way I can play, otherwise the game will disconnect after 3 minutes.
I'm ready to play without vpn, just fix the game, please

It is possible that they will prohibit you, remember that the cf prohibits everything.
