I cant save the setting, my game wont run in fullscreen.

When i lauch the game (as administrator and windows 7 , i have win 10 ) it is launching in window mode, and when i am switching settings and save it, when i come back to settings they dont change. I tried to launch the game with windows defender settings set to off, i added crossfire game location and crossfire game folder in documents to foreclosure in defender. I reinstaled the game, i instaled directx. And when i am launching the game at the begining it says that ,,please check you keyboard settings'' and opening settings window. i Have i 5 3570, 16 gb ram, gtx 1660. please help i tried everything

1. Check microsoft onedrive : by default is running and sync files inside My Documents in cloud, any new file created by CF game is replaced with an old version (or deleted)
2. Check windows policy ( in security tab ) for My Documents, windows users must be able to write inside else CF game can't write, can't create files needed to save game settings.
3. Check windows keyboard layout ( game work with default EN or DE )
