Failed to connect to server

I have been having issue to log in the game for 3 days. I cannot even log in the game before which an error that failed to connect to the server just pumps up. Did anyone have a similar issue?

BTW, the issue might be related to the spectrum network. I used another laptop under the Spectrum network, it also had the similar issue. I tried to log in under a different internet supplier, and there is no issue at all.
