Only the limited contracts on the mercenary pass count for that part of the anniversary event. There has only been 2 limited contracts so far so pretty sure that's how it's suppose to be. The 3rd limited contract will be unlocked on Friday.
I hope thats how it's supposed to be... I don't wanna go through all this for the ribbon only to miss it because of something like this.
Hopefully they're not gonna screw me out of a ribbon for something dumb like this.
