Mileage Purchase Cooldown: "Less than 1 minute"

I have checked in today for the first time and wanted to buy me some items from the Mileage Store. These items have cooldowns and it says "Less than 1 minute" before I can purchase them again. I have been playing a round and after finishing, it still says the same.
What is this?
