Game dosen't load map......25%

When i was playing crossfire,The game loads the map 25%,then the graphics buttchered into black and white,while the loading bar goes from 25%to100%,once the map loaded while the graphics interface buttchered,The game crashes,Leaving the message:CROSSFIRE ERROR,So you want to report?
