I need to retrieve my account but the ticket system isn't helping!

I clearly stated that I do NOT remember my login id due to the fact that I haven't used it for too long (3-4 years)

but I still have access to the email address associated with that account, but for some reason whenever I try to submit it gives me this error saying:


(I also stated this fact in my ticket)

I also included some additional information about my account such as last password, approximate creation date, the secret question & answer and my birthdate

But I got this answer:
