I got 20 ribbons but haven't unlocked the 20 ribbon reward weapon?

I finally got enough ribbons for the 2nd ribbon weapon tier award but it never unlocked? says its still in progress. I also haven't gotten the ribbon for "Collecting 20 ribbons or more" My Ribbons are made of Crystals either. How long do you have to wait for them to activate? Thanks!

Ribbon updated every 24 hours, and when it's updated you will receive M4a1Crystal too.

It can wait 1-2 days, do not worry, such things happen over time, everything..

It takes up to 24 hours to get the reward and the ribbon itself so please be patience

1Once you Achieve enough Ribbons for a Collection Weapon(Ak Blue Crystal, M4a1 CC,...) you have ti wait until you got the last ribbon activated for the total number, and then another Day to get the Collection Ribbon Counted on your Account, since it just Refreshes Ribbons once per Day, and after that you should receive it.

4. Scroll down until you see the Ribbon Section, and then on Click "see all Ribbons"

There you can see what Ribbons you got and how Many in Total on the Top Page
