I went into mutation mode and saw that almost everyone has a mutant jacket, the question is how you can get it not for a ZP?

You can get mutation jacket from some ZM maps, for example, ZM2 Shipyard and battleship.

Zm2, but im guessing most people get it from the weekly clan mission now since it gives you a 7 day mutation jacket, and it resets every Monday.

It's very easy to farm in ZM2 - Shipyard. You will also get the Mutation Grenade from there.
If you don't own a ZM specific weapon, just get the AA12 from the MP-shop and grind with that one.

You can also get it from crate coupons, 10 coupons = 3 days of the mutation jacket.
