how do i get 300 fps in CF

SO i have RTX 2070 Super Max q which can run CSGO at 300 fps but i been playing around with all kinds of settings but i can only get 230 fps in CF. I even overclocked my gpu. What am I MISSING HERE. MY driver is up to date.

So lets get things in order. First of all CF its a CPU based game. Doesent matter if u play it with 2Gb vram GPU or a 16Gb vram GPU. Second, what refresh rate do you have on your monitor? If you have a 60 Hz monitor , well it will display only 60 fps(no matter how many it shows when you press TAB). For any competitive online game, the 144Hz monitor is the sweet spot.

I have a 300hz monitor thats why i want to experience 300fps.

If I recall, it was possible to get up to 1000 fps, but since then, it's literally impossible to get over 300 fps (in my experience) because of an update long ago.
The same update meant to cap the game at ~200 fps, but it does exceed 200 on the in-game FPS counter and doesn't seem to ever reach 300 or over 300.
So whatever you do, don't expect to reach your computer's full potential on this game.

but you know at least what i know is that this game fps gets locked arround 200 fps, its since years so when your graphics cards want to deliver more, it gets cut off by cf, thats why it can be sometimes even mid game on 341 fps, but if you hold TAB open you can see how it gets cut down to arround 200fps again
