Problem Email.

Good evening! I have a problem with the email in my account, I did not enter why the time will be on the game and I entered the game site and I checked the email, and I do not receive any notification, not even for changing the email. I sent a ticket to z8games, and they told me so

- Scan your computer for any viruses and spyware's, and remove them. Viruses or spyware may also cause issues for the game.
- Close down any applications which may be running prior to launching CrossFire as these may interfere with the running of the game.

If you have any serious difficulties loading the game, we recommend you uninstall the game using the official uninstaller located on your start menu.

But the notifications that I sent a ticket and that the people from Z8games answer me I receive by email, I also changed the windous thinking that it is from me, I don't know what to do with them.
