Would be ideal if everytime someone logs in a message from the clan pops up informing about stuff, i.e. discord server is down for a while.

Why every time? You can find stuff like this in the clan description, there really is no need for more pop ups.

Because there is not enough space in clan description and also barely anyone checks clan notice. We get a bunch of useless pop up, clan announcements should be a thing as well imo.

Maybe the leader or staff should just send a whisper to the new members to inform them about stuff like this.
