In game name changed

I returned after a long time. I'm trying to contact the support via a ticket but how could i remember the creation date of the account i created 10 years ago. I get responded with "not matching information". I am not even sure my ticket is read.

My problem is, after a long break I returned to CF. And realized that my in game name is not what I left. it is something random (CTM_11334602). It used to be CecomTiosis. I don't even know how and when my name became this. Searched everywhere and could not find any option to change the in game name. I Just want my old and original name back, which was CecomTiosis.

That's normal because you were inactive (2 years).

CTM is generally a placeholder for when an account has been inactive for a long time, so they freed your name. You should have a name change item in your inventory (storage) as a result. If your old IGN is available, you can use it again.

Don't forget that you should not be idle for close to two years. Otherwise, this would happen again. Good luck!
