so do i have to play for 30 mins like the other map to get full 100 conquer points? also which area should i farm and which i should skip as fast as i can?

30mins, spend roughly around the same amount of time on each area since the longer you stay, the more expensive buff gets -> diminishing return.
Buff to prioritize: Damage, crit strike and HP . at level 5 the buff give bonus effect such as life steal / random chance to fill ammo etc.
Get the Mini Frostbite Melee asap, even the 3d version and put in bag 1 since it will give you bonus 20 Conq points same as Overlord Mace.
