Will I be banned?

I was in a room and a hacker used my name and killed everyone. If I were reported by a screenshot, would I be banned?

Oh I think I also saw that hack, somehow he can make an innocent player kills instantly other players, what is worse is that innocent player would actually get the kills...It happened to me one time when hakr start to troll people, when i see i killed someone with a fighter jet, i immediately quit the game to avoid unnecessary troubles....but if you stayed in the room and gets tons of kills, i think you'd better clarify the situation to the GMs. I assume GMs are aware of this type of hack, hope so.
PS: A single screenshot wouldn't get you banned because screenshot can be edited. If someone report with a replay then it will be another story but I think GMs are able to find out.
