Clears on Profile: Frozen Abyss map

I did some clears yesterday, about 9 clears. Today i logged in an my profile says i have done 0 clears. Seems like a bug.

I still have my conqueror points and items which i won. But the clears on profile are not shown correctly!

Anyone same problem? should i write a ticket for that problem?
