For what are grey contracts standing for?

I've completed them but they are following me all the time.

A'ight, 2 questions.

Can they be changed after completing?
If so, how? Deleting another task by pressing the trash can?

The greyed out missions are the one you unlock once you purchase the premium mercenary pass. You have no way of completing them when you only own the GP one.

Also a greyed out contract could be a NOT completed one, you can see the status in the EXPIRY column as "Expired"
