I have a problem, turn on the crossfire and it opens in a small 800x600 window, I enter the password and pops up just something in which the problem? if I change the settings as I want, i.e. full screen, etc., nothing reacts, please help

#1. Keyboard not compatible with CrossFire West.

CrossFire West only supports QWERTY and QWERTZ (you must select this option in-game).

You need a QWERTY keyboard. You can try this, although it is recommended to have a real one:

Check the configuration on Windows (Control Panel / Language).

Step 1: Go to the Start button and open "Control Panel".
Step 2: Choose the option "Clock, Language and Region".
Step 3: Select "Regional and Language Options" and in the "Installed Services" section, click "Add."
Step 4: If your keyboard is set to "French" (AZERTY) change it to "English US/UK" (QWERTY).
Step 5: In the "Keyboard" section, choose "QWERTY and apply the changes by clicking "OK"

Now, repeat the steps because this error is not generic... it is specific to the keyboard layout. It has to be selected at the time of running the game. I.e: you have to change your keyboard settings on Windows to english.

CrossFire only supports QWERTY and QWERTZ (must be selected in the game according to your keyboard layout).

Are you pretty sure your keyboard is QWERTY and not QWERTZ?
