I've been supporting, playing, and spending on this game for 11 years but this sale was the last time i've spend my money on your game, servers have been crashing for 3/4 weeks now, and on top of that, 402 ' new-ish ' crates did not even get me a single permanent weapon. I've said it a lot throughout the years, but this time its definitive, i am not buying ZP anymore.

And btw dont quote me with the thread about being shafted by the black market, every player coming from EU was complaining that the winrate in this version is absolutely terrible, so dont try to fool me by saying ' its all luck '. Luck might be relevant a little bit, but you're not fooling me by saying every single EU player had a bit more ' luck ' in their version, im just not buying that anymore. The least you could've done was secretly rising the winrate for this event, so that players actually had a reason for staying, but no, you go through with an payed event, whilest having the worst type of servers, in the worst times human-kind has had for quite a period of time, and not even considering giving people bang for their buck.

Also, i have friends, who for example spun 100 crates on an old type of crate, and won, several times, with different kinds of crates, and then 2/3/400 crates on a new type of crate, and did not win anything?
Do you still tell people its all based on luck?

Am not the type of dude to be outright whining like a kid on forums, but your game is legit getting worse as we speak.

I have a theory of the winning % of the crates. I think it rises the more people have the weapons in it. The newer the crate is, the lower winning chance they have.

Are you fcking stupid? You should’ve known from event crates how low the winrate is. I do the weekend crate event on 4 accounts and I’m lucky if I win once in 3 months. Buying crates is like throwing money away in the trashbin, it’s something a gambling addict would do. to elaborate on this it's basically a sense of poor marketting. Of course people who have the money will spend it to get what they want but if you can't at least buff the winrate to the point where you can still win by not spending an excessive amount of money then you in tune would make more money in the long run. Also for a company the possibly makes millions how can you not have a team who knows how to deal with server issues to the degree that it shouldnt be taking you a month to fix. That is called being lazy or not knowing how to do your job, I think its both. A true teacher that cares about their students would do everything to make sure they succeed which a teacher that doesn't care would just teach whatever they are suppose to and just look for that paycheck at the end of the month. If you can spot the difference with that example than you would understand why a lot of people are angry. Not just with the black friday sale and blackmarket itself but with this company and the people who are hired to keep the game running.

Meanwhile on combatarms reloaded if you buy 10 crates your guaranteed a perm LOL. This game is so outdated even compared to a game just about as old and nearly dead.
