Tiger Paws for Real Men Wear Pink Ribbon

I wanted to make this suggestion, as I've seen a lot of people want the rare Tiger Paws for free to take advantage of the current server situation.

Let people be able to get Tiger Paws for permanently who own Real Men Wear Pink Ribbon or make a new ribbon about it and give them for free who own more than 5 pink weapons or make it to be owned as hard as possible.

To me, I don't agree with others to get it for permanently due to current server situation because Tiger Paws must be rare and it loses its rarity when given even with the Real Men Wear Pink ribbon.
