Can`t use e-mail to log in anymore?

Hi,

recently i wanted to come back to Crossfire. The issue is that i cannot use my e-mail adress to log in into the game nor the web page like i used to do 1 or 2 years ago (when i quit). The username field doesnt allow the numbers of characters that my e-mail address has.

I did use the "forgot password? and entered my e-mail which they sent me one to reset it. That means there is an account associated to that email address.

Btw, this is an old alternative account i used to use just so i can seek for help with thi issue.

Sorry if i misspell some words since i use to play in spanish crossfire and then migrated the account to crossfire west.

To understand what is happening, you need to understand this:Login details at CFES: Email + password.
At CFES, users used to log in with the mail.

Login details at CFWest: User ID/Username + password.If I understand correctly, I can assume what is happening here. I think you are trying to log in with the email registered and not with the User ID/Username, which is impossible in this version.

You probably received a welcome email upon creating your CF West account. The registered ID is written in there.
