1ST IS IN GAME color item that cost 1000 zp for 30 days /2700 zp 90 days or battle pass users premium witch cost 30000 zp witch is temporary https://crossfire.z8games.com/mercenarypass/

2nd Is ranked aura it depends what rank u had previous season and its temp u have it from start of season till end of season https://crossfirefps.fandom.com/wiki...n_System#Ranked_Match

The red name colouring is mercenary pass exclusive, you can’t obtain it with the IGN colour item.
