void skill reset how to reser???

I'm full of void cracks~ When I want to start a new round of challenges. Found that I cannot reset Even if I have a void reset item, I cannot reset the void rift progress

You should be able to reset after complete all stages of reward, if not then take screen shot and send it via ticket.

Lol, sigh.............. Yeah I have had that problem for a while also as have a number of my friends.
Funny thing no Announcement about it.
Feel free to send a ticket as I did. Without quoting the ticket I can say I was disappointed by the prompt response. In essence they say thanks but no idea when problem will be sorted although working hard on it.
Would have been nice if someone in charge had said there was a problem back whenever the problem started as I played a lot of round 2 Void games before I understood there was a problem & have grave doubts they are going to count when the problem is (eventually) fixed.

I also have had this problem for a few or more days. Unable to use the Void Skill Reset.
It seems the GM's are aware of this problem and will correct it at some point.
I'lll just wait it out. NBD.

hopefully next patch will fix the problem. most likely i believe its coming in few days along with the 6th mercanry pass update
