hello everybody. im sorry for my bad english first bt i have one big problem and i dont know what GM will do for fix it . yesterday and today ontotal i got 12 game Disconect on ranked match but i m not the only person got it . i play so mutch hard on this game and try to win and when i win 1 game i take 10 or 8 points and crossfire make me -360 points on total from Disconect . for what ? for your mistake ? i need to play now 2 or 3 another weeks for win this points again ? this is not fer i hoppe the GM fins a solution and i want get the point back . thenx u for your understanding and im sorry again for my Bad English .......

There were some issues with the servers yesterday, which are probably not going to be fixed until Sunday or Monday. So I wouldn't recommend playing ranked until than. You can try sending a ticket to https://support.z8games.com/us/ under the section of "submit a ticket" > CrossFire support > complaint and explain your problem there.

To be fair: why would you play 12 games in total if you already noticed you were frequently disconnecting? I would've stopped after two, maybe three, but 12?!

one time i get this error too.... how i fixet this ? so easy : first i go play in shooting range or i connect to room FFA (in EU or NA server). if i get error i send OK, and reconnect to other room and no get this error next time. when you out from game you must do it again.this is help me play CF. it happens that you need to repeat it 2 or 3 times ..
