well i won a lot of crates lately of all kinds and even though my website account page doesn't show all but i even got some twice and sometimes the two times on a row no need to get so mad at the game chill i know it hurts to spend much money and get nothing good or anything to begin with but i hate to see pissed off people if i could help i would but well don't lose hope bro i spent 10 years on different accounts with one win only now i got many stay faithful stay positive

With current situation (servers) I believe all ZP crate deals (at normal cost) are off the table for a while as well any ZP recharges.
I suggest you start handling out an outstanding compensation while fixing servers ASAP (even if this is not in your hands, you should follow up every minute till its done)
Black Friday event is just around the corner and I bet if this is not sorted out by then, most players will doubt to spend $$ on this game.
