"Your Client is invalid version. Re-install the latest version game client"

Every time I launch the client I got the message: "Your Client is invalid version. Re-install the latest version game client"
First, I thought it causes by my Windows 10 newest version, so I installed older one, but it stills happened again.
Every windows defender has been turning off completely, but sometime can run with no issue sometime it's showing up that message again!
Never happened before, so any suggestions to fix this issue guys?
