ShadowRo;n6936891]On paper it should run CF ok, but :
1. seems to be a laptop/notebook configuration, if so it can run into thermal throttling easy, so you must check that.
2. you are using integrated GPU, it not the greatest but again it should be fine.
3. i suppose RAM is 4 GB + 8 GB , well that configuration won't run in dual channel mode because of differend ram seize and is better to have 4+4 or 8+8 ,
a dual channel system RAM helps better the integrated GPU *.
Overall i estimate around 80-100 FPS on that hardware, you will experience FPS drop, you can't avoid that
Regarding lag that is related to your internet connection how stable and fast it is BUT also what is the real distance from your home to CF game server
( the more distance = the more gateways / proxy on the route ... resulting a higher latency )
P.S. I found on youtube same configuration BUT with 16 GB ram in dual channel, tested on 12 other games, so you can have an ideea about the performance:

My suggestion is a GPU that have dedicated memory (as GDDR5) with a bandwidth of least 192 bits: GTX 760, 960, 1060 or AMD equivalent
* integrated GPU like RX Vega 11 share a part from sytem RAM, and a dual channel ram will have a bandwidth of 128 bits, else as it is yours 4GB+8GB the bandwidth is 64 bits.
thanks for that info, so this pc's graphic isnt tht great?
my current pc is win7, almost 10 yrs old and fps is 200+,
lag im talkin about ingame lag not the pin, everytime when i finish a game it black screen for around 10 sec then back to normal, and also when i tab n space, when come back to the game it might black screen again for 10-20 sec before get back to normal, its very frauatrating for tht long wait everytime finish a round of game.
i saw tht videos, so basically nowdays all new cpu should be fine, its maily about graphic from what you are telling me, right? -
ShadowRo;n6936898]So what is your actual PC configuration?
That long times wait with black screen from game room to scorescreen / lobby, as i see, is usually happend when you set the game on a differend rezolution then 1024x768 ( that is game lobby rez), using an older CPU and time indeed increase.
early post with config is the pc im actually tryin to buy , my current pc config i have no idea, all i kno is tht i bought it in 2013 and its win7 and yes its old, now i want a pc jus to support CF better, so like i said, i should go for a better graphic CPU cuz since all the modern hardware are capable for CF -

Intel Core i5-9400F - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 240GB SSD -
this one is my final choice according to ur and z8 recommendation, got any advice b4 i buy it? -
ShadowRo;n6936940]I personally prefer a gtx 1660 Super instead of a GTX 1650
On Nvidia GPU's, all name end with 50 are entry level GPU, as for games is better to start with those end with 60 or higher
A shot comparation between GTX 1660S and GTX 1650 :

P.S.
GTX 1660 use dedicated memory with bandwidth of 192 bits
GTX 1650 use dedicated memory with bandwidth of 128 bits
thx,greatly appreciate
