Quick question about second row of bags

So, i've read some confusing things and i want to make sure i know what i'm doing before spending the 15million ZP they charge for the second row of bags.
Its quite simple, if i buy the extra 7 bags, and if i were to put all my VIP items in those extra 7 bags, will i still get my EXP bonus even if i do not use those VIP weapons in game?

To my understanding, you would only get the bonuses from the VIPS belongs to that specific bags set. Meaning you wouldn't get a total of 14 vips bonuses in-game (7 from first row +7 second rows) but only from either the vips from 1st row or 2nd row depending which you choose.

You will only gain experience from the set you have selected (1 or 2). Note that this second set of bags differs from the first. It doesn’t apply to both.

This item allows us to separate and segment two types of bag sets easily. In case you like or want to have 1 set of weapons bags to play S&D, and another one for mutation mode, zombie, HMX.

No. That would be a bit of overkill if you could. No one needs that many weapons for one match in one mode. Only reason would be to show off weapons.

Well, glad i asked then, huge waste of money in my eyes, i dont like using my VVIP weapons i just wanted the EXP bonus, thanks for answering!

Than I would recommend buying the EXP boost increase from mileage, maxing one VVIP out and always putting that one in bag.
